Pakistan pacer Hasan Ali, in a video released by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has a heartwarming message for the fans where he has narrated the national team's journey of two months.

Pakistan team is returning home today after participating in the T20 World Cup and the tour of Bangladesh. Pakistan won five matches in World Cup and lost to Australia in the semi-final while they whitewashed Bangladesh in Test and T20I series.

"There were many ups and downs in this two-month journey but 'All well if ends well'. This journey of ours also remained the same," Hasan said.

"At the beginning of this journey, we defeated India and set a new record but we were sad over not qualifying for the final of the event.

"We arrived at Dubai airport for departure to Dhaka with heavy hearts but fans encouraged us and we clean swept Bangladesh in T20 series and then in the Tests," he maintained.

Hasan further said they are united and determined to play fearless cricket under the leadership of Babar Azam.

"We learned from our mistakes and through practice, we have improved in every field including batting, bowling and fielding which is evidenced by the fact that in every match, a new player is becoming the man of the match. It is a big sign for us," he added.

It must be noted that Hasan won't be part of the West Indies series as the selectors have decided to give him rest.
