Shoaib Naveed has been appointed as Project Executive, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) Pakistan Super League (PSL), and will assume charge from Monday, December 30, 2019.
Shoaib's last assignment was with PSL franchise Islamabad United, where he was the Chief Operating Officer (COO). During his previous innings with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) between 2014 and 2016, Shoaib served as Head Project Manager – HBL PSL and Manager - Marketing and Sales.

He has a Masters in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University and has worked with the NFLPA and the Washington Wizards and Capitals in past roles.
