After the postponement of the Mzansi Super League (MSL) due to Covid-19, franchises are now focusing on adding South African cricketers for the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven.
According to sources, a list of 367 cricketers has been sent to franchises for the mini-draft, scheduled on January 9.
South African cricketers David Miller, Quinton de Kock, Tabraiz Shamsi, Rassie van der Dussen are part of the list. Ben Dunk, Carlos Brathwaite, Colin Ingram, Luke Wright and David Willey are also named in the list.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) allowed franchises to pick two more players- a foreign and a local- to complete a 20-member squad for PSL 7, starting from January 27 in Karachi.
It must be noted that PSL 7 draft took place on December 12 where teams picked 18 players.
