Pakistan pacer Haris Rauf suffered a strain in his right quad as he rolled over the ball while fielding on the first day of the Test series opener currently underway at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
Haris went for an MRI and there were no signs of injury, but now it's highly likely he will miss the second Test in Multan and his participation in Karachi Test is also doubtful. As per reports, he is advised to rest for two weeks.
The home side have pace-bowling all-rounders Faheem Ashraf and Mohammad Wasim Jr in the squad. It will be decided in a few days whether to announce the replacement of Haris Rauf.
