In a significant move towards cricket development, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Cricket Australia (CA) have reportedly reached an agreement to establish an exchange program benefiting the developmental teams of both nations.

Pakistan team director, Mohammad Hafeez while talking in post-match presser revealed the details of this collaborative endeavor, aiming to enhance players' skills and adaptability to diverse cricketing conditions.

Hafeez, disclosed that discussions with Cricket Australia's chairman and CEO culminated in an agreement to facilitate regular visits by various Pakistani teams - including Pakistan U19, Pakistan A, and Pakistan Women - to Australia.

"We has a meeting with Cricket Australia chairman and CEO. They agreed on our exchange program because we wanted more visiting teams from Pakistan, Pakistan U19, Pakistan A, and Pakistan Women to visit Australia on a regular basis and similar we can offer the same program to these teams in Pakistan. That will help all the players in future and the agreement will be signed soon,"

He further emphasized the mutual benefit of such an arrangement, highlighting the necessity for players to acclimatize to diverse cricketing environments. 

"We need to practice more in these conditions, and they need practice in Asian conditions. And soon, you'll come to know that this agreement has been signed," Hafeez added.

Additionally, Mohammad Hafeez proposed a recommendation to the International Cricket Council (ICC) concerning Test match fees. He urged the ICC to implement a standardized match fee applicable to players from all Test-playing nations.

"I'll suggest ICC that the way the way they are promoting T20 leagues all over the world, approving NOCs, similarly to save Test wicket they should introduce standard match fee for all the boards, so that all players of Test cricket nations can have the same match fee," he concluded.
