Holding, Akram hail PCB's decision to appoint Younis Khan as batting coach

Legendary pacers Michael Holding and Wasim Akram have hailed the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)’s recent decision to appoint former captain Younis Khan as the batting coach for the Men in Green for their upcoming tour of England.

Holding, in a YouTube video, stated that Khan had a lot to offer the young Pakistan batsmen especially regarding the art of surviving on the pitches in England.

“As far as an England series is concerned, I can see a guy like Younis would have a lot to offer this young Pakistan team. You haven’t got a lot of batsmen who have played a lot of cricket in England and Younis Khan has a wealth of experience while playing and batting in England. He was also very successful. He had two very successful tours there,” said Holding.
