The shortlists for all the nine individual categories of ICC Awards 2022 have been revealed and voting for each of the categories is now open.

It's that time of the year when ICC recognises and celebrates the achievement of players and teams over the past year.

The last 12 months have seen brilliant performances on the world stage, including the ICC Women's Cricket World Cup 2022, ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 and numerous hard-fought bilateral series.

The nominees for each category have been decided by the Awards Panel, which comprises of prominent cricket writers and broadcasters from across the globe.

Fans can now vote for their favourite players across all categories until 9 January 2023 after registering on the ICC website.

Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Men’s Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in men’s international cricket (Tests, ODIs and T20Is) during 2022

• Babar Azam – 2598 runs in 44 matches
• Ben Stokes – 1066 runs and 33 wickets in 28 matches
• Sikandar Raza – 1380 runs and 33 wickets in 39 matches
• Tim Southee – 65 wickets in 31 matches

Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy for ICC Women’s Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in women’s international cricket (Tests, ODIs and T20Is) during 2022

• Nat Sciver – 1346 runs and 22 wickets in 33 matches
• Smriti Mandhana – 1290 runs in 38 matches
• Amelia Kerr – 1003 runs and 30 wickets in 32 matches
• Beth Mooney – 915 runs in 25 matches

ICC Men’s Test Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in men’s Test cricket during 2022

• Ben Stokes – 870 runs and 26 wickets in 15 matches
• Jonny Bairstow – 1061 runs in 10 matches
• Usman Khawaja – 1080 runs in 11 matches
• Kagiso Rabada – 47 wickets in nine matches

ICC Men’s ODI Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in men’s ODI cricket during 2022

• Babar Azam – 679 runs in nine matches
• Adam Zampa – 30 wickets in 12 matches
• Sikandar Raza – 645 runs and eight wickets in 15 matches
• Shai Hope – 709 runs in 21 matches

ICC Women’s ODI Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in women’s ODI cricket during 2022

• Shabnim Ismail – 37 wickets in 17 matches
• Amelia Kerr – 676 runs and 17 wickets in 18 matches
• Nat Sciver – 833 runs and 11 wickets in 17 matches
• Alyssa Healy – 629 runs, eight catches and four stumpings in 12 matches

ICC Men's T20I Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in men’s T20I cricket during 2022

• Suryakumar Yadav – 1164 runs in 31 matches
• Sikandar Raza – 735 runs and 25 wickets in 24 matches
• Sam Curran – 67 runs and 25 wickets in 19 matches
• Mohammad Rizwan – 996 runs, nine catches and three stumpings in 25 matches

ICC Women’s T20I Cricketer of the Year – for the best overall performer in women’s T20I cricket during 2022

• Smriti Mandhana – 594 runs in 23 matches
• Nida Dar – 396 runs and 15 wickets in 16 matches
• Sophie Devine  – 389 runs and 13 wickets in 14 matches
• Tahlia McGrath – 435 runs and 13 wickets in 16 matches

ICC Men's Emerging Cricketer of the Year - for the best emerging performer in men’s cricket during 2022

• Marco Jansen – 36 Test wickets, Two ODI wickets, one T20I wicket
• Ibrahim Zadran – 431 ODI runs, 367 T20I runs
• Finn Allen – 411 T20I runs, 387 ODI runs
• Arshdeep Singh – 33 T20I wickets

ICC Women's Emerging Cricketer of the Year - for the best emerging performer in women’s cricket during 2022

• Renuka Singh – 18 ODI wickets, 22 T20I wickets
• Darcie Brown – Two Test wickets, 10 ODI wickets, 11 T20I wickets
• Alice Capsey – 80 ODI runs, 234 T20I runs
• Yastika Bhatia – 376 ODI runs, 49 T20I runs

Apart from the aforementioned categories, ICC will also select the winner of ICC Men’s Associate Cricketer of the Year, ICC Women’s Associate Cricketer of the Year, ICC Spirit of Cricket Award and ICC Umpire of the Year.
