ICC team reviews Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium for ICC Champions Trophy 2025

An ICC delegation visited the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium to review preparations for the upcoming Champions Trophy, scheduled to be hosted by Pakistan.

The delegation, comprising broadcasters and logistics representatives, was briefed by PCB officials during their visit. The ICC team was given a tour of various facilities, including enclosures, the media box, dressing rooms, and other key areas of the stadium.

According to reports, the upgrades at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium are expected to be completed this month. The venue is set to host three matches during the ICC Champions Trophy.

The delegation had earlier inspected Karachi’s National Stadium on Thursday. The six-member team, which included broadcasters and logistics personnel, was provided with details about the ongoing development work. The renovation at the National Stadium is expected to be completed by January 25.
