Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif formed a committee led by Najam Sethi on Wednesday to lead the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) operations for the next 120 days.
Former Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir congratulated Najam Sethi after being appointed head of the PCB's 14-member management committee.

The chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board Management Committee, Najam Sethi, talked to the media after reaching PCB headquarters in Lahore.
"We will work to restore the constitution, the governing board will be restored to its original form, after that a new setup will come, the main goal is the restoration of domestic cricket, cricketers will get employment, a meeting will be held in the next two or three days," Najam Sethi told reporters.
It is to be noted that Mohammad Amir made his comeback to the national team after being excluded from the side due to his involvement in spot-fixing following the England series in 2010.
When Mohammad Amir returned to the team, Najam Sethi was the chairman of the PCB's executive committee.
