Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf has said that the pitches in South Africa are high-scoring, and the bowling unit will aim to restrict the opposition to the lowest possible score.
Speaking at a press conference in Johannesburg, Rauf acknowledged that the team made several mistakes in the first match, but they have discussed them and are focused on improving.
Rauf stated, “Today’s match is crucial for the series, and we will try our best to win. We aim to give our best performance in tomorrow’s game.”
Regarding the pitches in South Africa, he added, “The pitches here are high-scoring, and as a bowling unit, we will strive to give away as few runs as possible.”
Rauf also expressed gratitude after receiving the ICC Player of the Month award, saying, “I thank Allah for being named ICC Player of the Month.”
