"Winning or losing is a part of the game, but the main thing is that as a team, we will learn and gain confidence from this. Not only is this series important for us, but it will also boost our confidence for the next year's ICC T20 World Cup."

Rashid Khan, widely considered one of the best spin bowlers in the world, expressed his readiness to face the Pakistan batting lineup. However, he also praised Pakistan skipper Babar Azam for his outstanding performance with the bat.

"As a bowler, I am ready to face Babar, but we all know he is a world-class batsman, and it will be quite difficult to ball against him in these tough conditions," he said.

Pakistan and Afghanistan series was scheduled as a friendly gesture by the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee Najam Sethi after Australia canceled their series with Afghanistan. The aforementioned three-match T20I series will take place in late March in UAE, after the conclusion of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The Afghanistan and Pakistan cricket series is expected to be a highly anticipated event, with both teams looking to showcase their skills and come out on top. With Rashid Khan's confidence and determination, Afghanistan will be hoping to make a strong statement and build momentum ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup.
