Jamaica Tallawahs have added right-arm pacer from Pakistan, Salman Irshad, to their squad for the upcoming Caribbean Premier League (CPL) in 2023.
The defending champions had already secured the services of Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir, who represented them in the previous season.
Meanwhile, Guyana Amazon Warriors have signed a young trio from Pakistan, which includes, Saim Ayub, Mohammad Haris and Azam Khan. Azam is the highest-paid Pakistani cricketer in the league with a lucrative contract worth $120,000.
The Warriors have stated that Haris will serve as a partial replacement for Afghanistan's Rahmanullah Gurbaz, while Saim Ayub will be available to them for the entire season.
The 2023 CPL will take place from 16 August to 24 September in Saint Lucia, St Kitts & Nevis, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana.
