Sarfaraz warns Pakistan to be mentally prepared for Australia’s sledging

Sarfaraz Ahmed, former captain of the Pakistani cricket team, provided insights into key players and upcoming challenges in the three-match Test series in Australia.

He expressed excitement about the anticipated clash between batting virtuosos Babar Azam and Steve Smith, referring to them as "top-class batters."

Ahmed highlighted the capabilities of left-arm pacers Shaheen Afridi and Mitchell Starc, emphasizing their potential to pose challenges for opposing batters.

“Shaheen Afridi and Mitchell Starc are both excellent bowlers and they will both try to create problems for the batters,” Sarfaraz said.

Having toured Australia twice as a player, Sarfaraz shared valuable insights into the distinctive challenges of Australian playing conditions. While acknowledging the toughness, he stressed the invaluable learning experiences for Pakistani players in such a formidable cricketing environment.
