Pakistan all-rounder, Shoaib Malik, has now entered an exclusive group of T20 players by achieving a remarkable milestone.

Malik has become the second player in T20 cricket history to amass a total of 13,000 runs, following in the footsteps of former West Indies captain Chris Gayle, who holds the record for most runs (14,562). Notably, Malik is the first Asian player to achieve this feat.

Currently, Shoaib Malik is showcasing his skills in the 2024 Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) as a key player for Fortune Barisal. He achieved the milestone in his 487th innings, in which he scored unbeaten 17 runs.
