Few of the England players are unlikely to take part in the remaining Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches due to international duty.
PSL 5 playoffs, which were postponed indefinitely in March due to Covid-19 pandemic, are scheduled to be held in Lahore on November 14, 15 and 17 but this clashes with England’s team departure for South Africa on November 16.
14 English players were picked during the PSL draft in December, last year, while three players were inducted during the replacement draft in February, earlier this year.
Initial Draft
Phil Salt (Islamabad United), Alex Hales (Karachi Kings), Chris Jordan (Karachi Kings), Dan Lawrence (Karachi Kings), Liam Plunkett (Karachi Kings), Samit Patel (Lahore Qalandars), James Vince (Multan Sultans), Moeen Ali (Multan Sultans), Ravi Bopara (Multan Sultans), Tom Banton (Peshawar Zalmi), Liam Dawson (Peshawar Zalmi), Liam Livingstone (Peshawar Zalmi), Jason Roy (Quetta Gladiators), Tymal Mills (Quetta Gladiators)
Replacement Draft

Players who featured for Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United are already out as their franchises did not qualify for the playoffs.
