Pakistan fast bowler, Hasan Ali, who is currently playing for Warwickshire has displayed his all-round skills by smashing a quick-fire half-century in County Cricket against Essex at Edgbaston.
After bowling Essex out for 126 on the first day, Warwickshire were struggling at 172-9 in their first innings before Ali joined forces with Oliver Hannon-Dalby to post a crucial last-wicket stand of 70 runs.

The 28-year-old smashed the ball into the stands to bring up his half-century from just 33 balls. This was his sixth fifty in first-class cricket.
However, the last-wicket partnership was finally broken when Hannon-Dalby was caught behind.
Ali scored an unbeaten 53 from just 37 balls, including four fours and four sixes, to lift Warwickshire's score to 242.
Essex were then reduced to 86-4 in their second innings, with Ali claiming the wicket of former England captain, Alastair Cook.
