Who made decision of appointing Rizwan as captain of Multan Sultans?

The person who gave the beneficial advice to make Muhammad Rizwan captain of HBL PSL 7 franchise Multan Sultans has been revealed

The second leg of HBL PSL 7 has begun in Lahore where Multan Sultans defeated Peshawar Zalmi and won their sixth consecutive match to reach the playoff stage.

It is highly notable that Multan Sultan got registered as a franchisee of HBL PSL in 2017 after which they participated first time in 2018, Shoaib Malik was the first captain of Sultans who captained the side in the first two seasons.

Later on, the captaincy of Sultans was handed over to Shan Masood which resulted in success for Sultans while wicketkeeper Muhammad Rizwan was named captain the following year.

Jahangir Tareen, the former member of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, has ended all rumours by revealing that the decision to name Rizwan as captain was taken by his cousin brother and owners of Sultans, Alamgir Khan.

Jahangir went to Gaddafi Stadium to watch the Sultans-Zalmi match to motivate team players. "I am happy that Multan Sultans is performing well again this season. Every time they play, it brings joy to me"

Meanwhile, Jahangir Tareen added that he is happy to see cricket action in Lahore.
