Zimbabwe set for Pakistan tour after government approval, schedule confirmed

The Zimbabwe cricket team is set to tour Pakistan after being granted permission by the government.

Zimbabwe will play three ICC Cricket World Cup Super League ODIs, in Multan, and three T20Is, in Rawalpindi, on the tour. The visitors are likely to arrive in Pakistan on October 20.

“It’s Official! The Government of Zimbabwe has granted Zimbabwe cricket team the permission to tour Pakistan for a limited-overs series scheduled for October-November,” a tweet from Zimbabwe cricket’s official Twitter account stated.

Third T20I – November 10

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has already started its preparations to create a bio-secure environment for the series. The matches are likely to be played behind closed doors.

It must be noted that the tourists have announced their training squad for the tour.
