Former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra has dismissed a claim by a Pakistani fan that the Pakistani cricket team, led by Babar Azam, can win a Test series in India.
Chopra pointed out that if the team can’t win at home against top teams like Australia, England, and New Zealand, it would be unrealistic to expect them to win in India.

Chopra took to Twitter to express his thoughts, writing, “I love your positivity, but janaab, at least win your home Test series.”
The former cricketer also mentioned the team's failure to reach the World Test Championship final, despite several opportunities to do so with series against Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and West Indies at home and away.
He wrote, “With Australia, England, and NZ at home. Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and WI in away series, Pakistan should have reached the WTC finals already.”
Chopra’s response came after a fan wrote to him claiming that only Pakistan had the ability to beat India in India.
The last time Pakistan played a Test series in India was in 2007/08, which they lost 1-0. Their last Test series victory in India came in 1986/87 under Imran Khan’s leadership.
I love your positivity but janaab, aap Apne ghar ki series toh Jeet lo. With Australia, England and NZ at home. Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and WI in away series, Pakistan should have reached the WTC finals already. 🫣🫂 https://t.co/UEo67hQYU9
