New Zealand need to bounce back on June 12, taking on co-hosts the West Indies in Trinidad and Tobago

Afghanistan secured an 84-run victory over New Zealand in their T20 World Cup 2024 match held in Guyana on Saturday.
This win places Afghanistan at the top of Group C with two consecutive wins, bringing them closer to advancing to the second round.
Meanwhile, New Zealand must recover quickly for their next match against co-hosts the West Indies on June 12 in Trinidad and Tobago.
The top two teams from each group will qualify for the super eights, which will feature 12 games, before the top two from each super eight group will qualify for the semi-finals. The final will be played in Barbados on June 29.
