Former Pakistan cricketer Ramiz Raja has revealed that England and Karachi Kings cricketer Alex Hales is the player suspected of showing symptoms of the coronavirus, which indefinitely postponed the fifth season of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).

The decision was taken by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and PSL franchises, unanimously, and the board has suspended its all domestic competitions and cricket activities.

While talking to media in Lahore, the famous commentator said that he will also undergo tests as a precautionary measure.

"The news coming in right now is that maybe Alex Hales is showing symptoms and he has been tested because of which this problem has arisen. We (the broadcasters) also have our tests in the next two hours,” Ramiz said.
