Anderson returns as England name squad for second Ashes Test

England men's cricket team have named a 12-player squad for the second Ashes Test match (D/N) at the Adelaide Oval, starting on Thursday, December 16.

Veteran pacers James Anderson and Stuart Broad have been included in the squad after missing the first Test in Brisbane.

Durham seamer Mark Wood has been rested. The final XI will be confirmed at the toss by captain Joe Root.

It must be noted that Australia beat England by nine wickets in the first Ashes Test at Gabba, Brisbane
