Pakistan fast bowler, Junaid Khan, has slammed India for refusing to visit Pakistan for the upcoming Asia Cup tournament.

Khan expressed his frustration with India's stance, questioning why other international teams have no security issues while visiting Pakistan, but India does.

"The situation in Pakistan is good. If other teams are coming, such as Australia, England, South Africa, and New Zealand, and they have no security problems, then why does India have a problem? What is the reason for this? Are they Aliens from another world who have security problems? " Junaid said.

"The ICC should look into these issues; otherwise, cricket without Pakistan is impossible. Pakistan is not a small team; just a few days ago, Pakistan was the world's number one team and is still among the top three teams," he added.

To resolve the issue, Pakistan proposed a hybrid model during an Asian Cricket Council meeting, under which all teams would play in Pakistan except for India, who would play their matches at a neutral venue. However, India has also rejected this proposal and is now pushing for the entire tournament to take place at a neutral location.

Despite the controversy, the hosting rights for the 2023 Asia Cup will remain with Pakistan. However, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) might be forced to host the matches involving India, including the final, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
