Inzamam-ul-Haq, one of Pakistan's cricketing legends, has left an indelible mark in cricket with his exceptional contributions. Known for his elegant batting style and remarkable power, the right-handed batsman was a formidable force on the cricket field throughout his career.

One of Inzamam's greatest strengths was his ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. He had a knack for delivering his best performances in crucial moments, earning him a reputation as a match-winner. His proficiency in handling high-pressure situations made him a vital asset to the Pakistani team, especially in tense run chases.

Former Indian cricketing icon, Virender Sehwag, while talking in an interview with an Indian YouTube channel, praised Inzamam and declared him Asia's greatest middle-order batsman.

"Inzi was very sweet. Everyone talks about Sachin Tendulkar, but I believe Inzamam was Asia's greatest middle-order batter. Tendulkar's league is beyond the batter's category now; he's high above all. But amongst all batters of India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka - I haven't seen a better batsman than Inzamam. In 2003 or 2004, teams used to panic when they had to score 80 runs in 10 overs, but he never really worried about it and used to play at eight runs per over on average," Sehwag said.

Inzamam played 120 Test matches and scored 8,830 runs at a decent average of 49.60, including 25 centuries and 46 half-centuries. In ODIs, the right-handed batsman showcased his class across 378 matches, scoring 11,739 runs with an average of 39.52. He bagged ten centuries and 83 half-centuries. Inzamam's consistent performances, ability to handle pressure, and invaluable contributions to Pakistan cricket make him one of the game's true legends.
