New York Strikers secured their first Abu Dhabi T10 title with a seven-wicket victory over Deccan Gladiators on Saturday.
Chasing a target of 91, Strikers reached 94/3 in 9.2 overs, led by Asif Ali's unbeaten 48 and captain Kieron Pollard's 22 not out.
Asif hit two fours and four sixes in his 25-ball innings, while Pollard hit one four and one six in 13 balls.
The duo's unbroken 56-run partnership ensured the victory with four balls to spare.
Earlier, Deccan Gladiators posted 91/5 in 10 overs, with Andre Russell (30*) and David Wiese (20*) contributing significantly. Sunil Narine took two wickets for the Strikers.
The Pakistani hard-hitter was adjudged player of the final for his blistering knock.
