After electing to bat first against Sarafraz XI, opener Imam ul Haq scored a half-century. Babar and Fawad held their nerves calm and composed while scoring runs on a positive approach.
Babar remained unbeaten on 111 off 181 balls including 13 boundaries and a six while Alam made 75 not-out at the day's end.
For Sarfaraz XI, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Yasir Shah, and Agha bagged a wicket each.
