Pakistan's captain, Babar Azam, remains unfazed by the uncertain weather conditions predicted for the upcoming encounter of 2023 Asia Cup between India and Pakistan in Colombo on Sunday.

In a pre-match press conference held earlier on Saturday, Babar addressed concerns about the weather. He emphasized the need for adaptability and making the most of whatever conditions the team encounters during the tournament.

"We aren't frustrated about the weather because it is not in our control. The forecast said it will rain all 4 days, but the way sun us shining right now suggest otherwise. We are trying to utilise all the days we get," Babar said.

It is worth noting that following PCB's reservations and objections, ACC has decided to allocate a reserve day for the match on September 10th between Pakistan and India.

If adverse weather suspends play during the game, the match will continue on 11th September 2023 from the point at which it was suspended.
