The match, played in Rawalpindi, saw Lions chase down the 169-run target set by Stallions, achieving it in the 19th over with 7 wickets down.
Hasan Nawaz starred for the Lions with a match-winning 74 runs, while Rohail Nazir remained unbeaten on 26 runs to guide his team to victory.
For Stallions, Shoaib Malik and Muaz Sadaqat claimed two wickets each.
Earlier, Stallions posted a total of 168 runs in their allotted 20 overs after opting to bat first. Husnain Talat was the top scorer with 43 runs.
