In related developments, the ICC is expected to announce the tournament schedule shortly. Recently, the ICC approved a "fusion plan," under which Pakistan and India will not play matches in each other's countries for the next three years. As per the plan, the neutral venue for the Champions Trophy will be selected with the host country's consent.
