Comilla Victorians retain Naseem Shah, signs Zaman Khan for BPL 2024

Pakistan pacers are in for a huge demand as the reigning champions of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Comilla Victorians, have successfully retained the services of Naseem Shah and signs Zaman Khan for the highly anticipated 2024 edition of the tournament. 

The announcement was made through the social media platform 'X', generating excitement among cricket enthusiasts and fans alike.

The Victorians team has also secured the signing of the all-rounder Khushdil Shah for the upcoming edition of the aforementioned tournament.

In the previous edition, Naseem was not fully available for the team due to national duty, but played three matches for the side and picked up seven wickets with an average of 10.71 and economy of 6.25.

However, Zaman Khan's performance in the 2023 The Hundred Men's competition fell short of expectations, securing only two wickets across five matches. 

Conversely, he exhibited a notably aggressive performance in the 2023 Vitality Blast, claiming an impressive 25 wickets in 14 matches, boasting an average of 16.56 and an economy rate of 8.28 and was also the fourth-highest wicket-taker in the tournament as well.

It is worth noting that the tenth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League is expected to take place from January 10 to February 2024.
