Cricket Australia is set to kick off a vibrant cricket festival to mark the beginning of an exciting summer of cricket on October 5, starting at 3 PM at Federation Square. The event promises fans an unparalleled opportunity to meet and greet some of cricket’s most celebrated figures.
The festival will feature Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell, Pakistan's former T20 World Cup-winning captain Younus Khan, 1999 World Cup winner and former Australian Test fast bowler Damien Fleming, Victorian captain Will Sutherland, and rising star Hasrat Gill, an Australian Women’s U19 cricketer. Over the course of three hours, the event aims to engage and entertain cricket enthusiasts while promoting upcoming international matches and the Big Bash League (BBL) in Melbourne.
