Pakistan’s youngsters Azam Khan and Shahnawaz Dahani, in a Youtube video on Saturday, expressed their excitement and satisfaction after the first day of the training camp being conducted in Lahore.

The fiery batsman Azam Khan believed that acquiring better skills would boost his performances in domestic cricket.

“I think the first day went pretty well. We had a lot of fun with the trainers. We will try to work on the goals that we have been given. We will also keep working on our cricketing skills. I think when our skills get more polished and our fitness improves so we will hopefully have better performances in domestic cricket,” Azam said.

“It went really well and we had a lot of fun with the senior players and the coaching staff. We are getting a lot to learn. I enjoyed the day a lot. Everyone was a superstar. Our legends like Waqar bhai, Misbah bhai and Younis bhai were there and it was so good. It was the first day and I was a little nervous at the start.
