Emerging Pakistan pacer Ali Raza has unveiled his dream T20 World XI, featuring a blend of explosive batters, dynamic all-rounders, and elite bowlers from around the world.

The 17-year-old shared his ideal team in a recent podcast, highlighting some of the best performers in modern T20 cricket. As he was asked to include a maximum of two players from each team, Ali selected former Pakistan captain Babar Azam and pace ace Shaheen Afridi in his eleven.

At the top of the order, Ali paired Babar Azam with India’s rising star Shubman Gill, followed by England’s aggressive wicketkeeper-batter Jos Buttler at number three. West Indies’ power-hitter Nicholas Pooran and South Africa’s middle-order finisher Heinrich Klaasen completed a dangerous top five.

For firepower down the order, Ali included England’s Liam Livingstone and West Indies’ Andre Russell, both capable of shifting momentum with the bat and contributing with the ball.

His bowling lineup features Afghanistan’s spin wizard Rashid Khan, alongside three world-class pacers — Pat Cummins, Jasprit Bumrah, and Shaheen Afridi.

Ali Raza has impressed in domestic cricket and is seen as a promising fast-bowling talent for Pakistan’s future.
