Fakhar Zaman’s 67 led Qalandars to a 79-run win over Quetta, earning him Player of the Match
Lahore Qalandars' opening batter Fakhar Zaman made history on Sunday by equaling Mohammad Rizwan’s record for the most half-centuries in Pakistan Super League (PSL) history. Zaman achieved this feat during the PSL 10 clash against Quetta Gladiators at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
Fakhar played a controlled and composed innings against the Gladiators’ bowling attack, scoring his 20th half-century in the PSL. This milestone makes him only the third player in PSL history to score 20 or more half-centuries.
With this achievement, Fakhar Zaman now shares the second spot for the most fifties in PSL history with Mohammad Rizwan, the captain of Multan Sultans.
The record for the most half-centuries in PSL belongs to Peshawar Zalmi’s captain Babar Azam, who leads the chart with an impressive 33 fifties — the only player to have surpassed the 30 fifties-mark in PSL history.

With the help of Fakhar's excellent 67 off 39 balls, Lahore Qalandars posted a total of 219 on the board, which proved to be too much for Quetta Gladiators. The Qalandars sealed the win by 79 runs. Fakhar Zaman was awarded Player of the Match for his sensational fifty.
