Former Pakistan captain and all-rounder of the Pakistan national cricket team, Shahid Khan Afridi, is still waiting for his payment for his duties in the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL).

Afridi served as the mentor for the Chittagong Tigers in the recent edition of the league, but is yet to receive his payment.

Sources reveal that Afridi has written a letter to the President of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), Farooq Ahmed, regarding the pending payment.

It is important to note that this year’s BPL has once again been embroiled in controversy due to delays in payments to players and staff. In early January, the Bangladesh Cricket Board had assured all players participating in the league that their payments would be made on time.
