Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB’s) former official Colonel (R) Mohammad Azam Khan has been appointed as the International Cricket Council (ICC) anti-corruption officer. He has been assigned to the ongoing series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka due to his roots.

The official did not feel the need to give anti-corruption lectures to the current crop of players before the series. According to details, Khan has extensive experience as the PCB’s former director security and anti-corruption.

Sources claimed that the officials did not feel the need to give anti-corruption lectures to the players before the Sri Lanka series however many players had a session with the anti-corruption officer before the recently concluded series against Australia Down Under.
