Pakistan head coach of white-ball team, Gary Kirsten, has arrived in Lahore. Kirsten traveled from South Africa via Dubai and is set to oversee key developments within the team.
Kirsten will be in Faisalabad during the ongoing Champions One Day Cup, where he is expected to closely monitor the performance of Pakistan's top players. His role will include consultation with team mentors, aiming to refine strategies and boost overall team performance.
Appointed with a crucial task, Kirsten has been given the responsibility of building a strong One Day International (ODI) squad ahead of the prestigious Champions Trophy.
In addition to his duties during the Champions Cup, Kirsten will also participate in the connection camp organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). This camp is part of PCB’s long-term strategy, where Kirsten will contribute to discussions on the future direction of Pakistan cricket.
