The preliminary preparations for the inaugural Pakistan Junior League (PJL) have started with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) releasing the teaser and official logo of the competition.

PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja's dream project will take place in Lahore from October 1 to October 15. Six franchise-based teams will be in action and the likes of Shahid Afridi, Darren Sammy, and Shoaib Malik will mentor them while Pakistan legend Javed Miandad will be league's mentor. The remaining three mentors will be announced soon. 

Meanwhile, PCB revealed the official logo of the competition, followed by a teaser which featured Pakistan captain Babar Azam, opener Imam-ul-Haq, pacers Hasan Ali and Naseem Shah.

On the other hand, a teaser depicted vibrant colors specially designed for young cricket fans.
