Hasan Ali displayed exceptional performance for Birmingham Bears, achieving impressive figures of 2-15 from his four overs during the T20 Blast match against Durham on Tuesday.

Durham's progress was abruptly halted as they lost both their opening batsmen in a span of just three deliveries. Chris Woakes made a crucial breakthrough by deceiving Alex Lees with a slower delivery, while Hasan bowled out Clark.

Hasan's spell with the new ball was nothing short of brilliance, as he bowled three overs and conceded a mere seven runs, restricting the hosts to a meager 29 runs during the powerplay.

In addition, Hasan claimed the wicket of Ollie Robinson, who scored the highest with 54 runs, on the final ball of the innings. This limited Durham to a total of 146/5 in their allotted 20 overs.

The match turned out to be a nail-biting thriller as Birmingham managed to chase down the target in the final over, with just two wickets remaining.

Meanwhile in the clash between Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, Shaheen Afridi clean bowled Wiaan Mulder and Michael Finan in his last over of the innings, finishing with match figures of 2/28 in four overs.

Leicestershire found themselves in a difficult position with the target seemingly out of their reach. Requiring 29 runs to win off the final over, their chances of turning the game around were slim. Sensing an opportunity to further solidify Nottinghamshire's advantage, Shaheen Afridi stepped up to the challenge.

With great skill and precision, Shaheen executed his bowling strategy flawlessly. In a remarkable display of his talent, he managed to dismiss both Mulder and Finan in quick succession. In a mere four balls, Shaheen's deliveries were too much for the Leicestershire batsmen to handle, ultimately sealing the victory for Nottinghamshire.
