1. Virat Kohli:

During India's triumphant 2024 T20 World Cup campaign, Virat Kohli, renowned for his legendary batting prowess, announced his retirement from T20Is. His final act on the international stage was a stellar 76-run knock in the final, earning him the 'Player of the Match' award and India their first T20 World Cup title. Kohli retires as the format's second-highest run-scorer with 4,188 runs.

2. Rohit Sharma:
