In an exciting match in the Emerging Teams T20 Asia Cup, Hong Kong triumphed over Afghanistan A by 5 wickets. The ninth match of the tournament was held at Al Emirates, where Hong Kong successfully chased down a target of 132 runs in the final over.

Afghanistan A batted first, managing to score 131 runs before being bowled out in the last over. Siddiqullah Atal was the standout performer for Afghanistan, scoring 52 runs. Karim Jannat contributed 21 runs, while Noman Shah added 20 runs to the total.
