The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the match officials for the final of ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025. The final, which will be played between India and New Zealand, is set to take place in Dubai.

The on-field umpires for the match will be Paul Reiffel and Richard Illingworth. Joel Wilson will serve as the third umpire, while Kumar Dharmasena will be the fourth umpire. The match referee for the final will be Ranjan Madugalle.

Paul Reiffel served as one of the on-field umpires for the South Africa-New Zealand semi-final in Lahore, while Richard Illingworth officiated in the India-Australia semi-final in Dubai.

Illingworth, a four-time ICC Umpire of the Year, also stood in the final of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in 2023, as well as the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024. He was in charge of the Group A match between the two finalists, where India defeated New Zealand by 44 runs.

India triumphed over Australia by four wickets in the first semi-final, securing their place in the final. Meanwhile, New Zealand sealed their spot with a dominant 50-run victory over South Africa in the second semi-final.

The final between India and New Zealand is set to begin at 2:00 PM PST at the Dubai International Stadium.
