Sources have revealed that the first delegation arrived in Karachi yesterday, and in the third week of January, the official ICC Secretariat will begin operations in Pakistan.
The purpose of the ICC's reconnaissance team's visit is to assess the branding, broadcasting, hotels, and venues for the Champions Trophy. This is a routine visit by a six-member ICC team.
The delegation consists of members from logistics, marketing, broadcasting, events management, and other sectors.
The ICC team will visit Karachi, followed by venues in Rawalpindi and Lahore.
It is worth noting that the ICC Champions Trophy will be held from February 19 in three cities of Pakistan.
