Pakistan fast bowler Ihsanullah has confirmed his return to cricket after he suffered an injury with an ambitious plan that includes a comeback in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and a steadfast focus on excelling in Test cricket.

In an exclusive interview with Cricket Pakistan, Ihsanullah revealed his intentions to grace the Pakistan Super League once again.

“The good news for my fans is that I will be playing a few matches in the PSL. I aim to play even better than I did before and will participate in four to five matches,” Ihsanullah said.

The fast bowler further expressed his determination to elevate his performance levels, emphasizing his goal to achieve a bowling pace exceeding 145.

“I will try to maintain a pace of 145 plus when I return to bowling,” he added.

However, Ihsanullah made it clear that his participation in leagues will be limited.

“I will play only one league. Apart from that, I want to play for my country, and I want to focus more on Test cricket,” he affirmed.

Setting his sights on his goals, Ihsanullah unveiled his lofty ambition for his Test debut.

“My goal is that when I make my Test debut, I aim to take a wicket with my first ball and pleasantly surprise the world, proving that Pakistan has gained another quality Test bowler,” he concluded.
It is worth noting that Ihsanullah is on the road to recovery after spending a considerable time in post-operative care after suffering an elbow injury.
