Before the start of the tournament, Wasim had predicted Pakistan, India, England, and South Africa as the frontrunners to reach the semi-finals
Pakistan cricketer, Imad Wasim, has refitted his predictions for the semi-finalists in the ongoing World Cup 2023 scheduled in India.
Originally, before the tournament commenced, Wasim had predicted Pakistan, India, England, and South Africa as the frontrunners to reach the semi-finals.
However, the Pakistan all-rounder has now adjusted his perspective, suggesting that Australia, England, or Pakistan may secure a spot in the semi-finals.
“South Africa, New Zealand, India, and one team from Australia, Pakistan and England will qualify for the semis,” he said.
The Men in Green will face off against Australia at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore on October 20th, and then they will lock horns against Afghanistan on October 23rd at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
