The mix-up occurred during Pakistan's first innings on the second day of the match
Pakistan opener Imam-ul-Haq has spoken about the run-out of Pakistan captain Babar Azam during the second Test match against New Zealand in Karachi.
The mix-up occurred on the second day of the match. Imam said that miscommunication can happen in cricket and that he will talk to Azam to smooth things over.

“It is cricket and run out happens. In the past, in West Indies, I was the one who got run out and today he did. Miscommunication can happen in cricket sometimes,” Imam told local media news channel in an interview. “He didn’t hear my call for ‘no’ and once he did it was too late.”
He added that Pakistan will try to overcome the 295 run deficit against New Zealand, but acknowledged that the experienced New Zealand side can pose a tough challenge.
Imam was unbeaten at 74 at the end of the second day's play, with Pakistan at 154-3 in response to New Zealand's first innings score of 449.
The opening batter also admitted that Pakistan allowed New Zealand to score more runs than they had anticipated and praised teammate Saud Shakeel for showing great temperament by not getting tempted and putting the team's cause ahead of his own runs.
