Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh has achieved a remarkable milestone in T20 internationals, becoming the highest wicket-taker for India in the format.
During the first match of the five-game T20I series against England in Kolkata, Arshdeep took two crucial wickets to surpass Yuzvendra Chahal's record.
Arshdeep now has 97 wickets in 61 T20Is, overtaking Chahal, who previously held the record with 96 wickets in 79 matches.
This achievement cements Arshdeep’s place as a key player in India's T20I setup.
