India Champions have announced a star-studded squad for the second season of the World Championship of Legends (WCL), which will be held later this month.

The defending champions, who won the inaugural edition of the tournament, will once again be led by legendary all-rounder Yuvraj Singh. The 16-member squad includes big names from Indian cricket such as Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, and Irfan Pathan.

India will begin their title defence with a high-voltage clash against arch-rivals Pakistan Champions on July 20 — a repeat of last year’s final. They will then face South Africa Champions on July 22, Australia Champions on July 26, England Champions on July 27, and will wrap up their league stage against West Indies Champions on July 29.

India Champions squad for WCL season 2: 

Yuvraj Singh (captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, Irfan Pathan, Yusuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Piyush Chawla, Stuart Binny, Gurkeerat Maan, Vinay Kumar, Siddarth Kaul, Varun Aaron, Abhimanyu Mithun, and Pawan Negi.

The WCL 2025 will kick off on July 18 with England Champions taking on Pakistan Champions. The league stage will continue till July 29, followed by the semi-finals on July 31 and the final on August 2.
