Mohammad Rizwan faced a hostile reception from Indian fans on Saturday during the World Cup clash between India and Pakistan at Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium.

Despite displaying a threatening performance with an 82-run partnership alongside skipper Babar Azam, the team experienced a sudden downturn following Azam's dismissal at 50, resulting in a rapid collapse from 155 for 2 to being bowled out for 191 in 42.5 overs.

Soon after Babar’s departure, Rizwan fell victim to a deceptive slower delivery from Jasprit Bumrah, departing with a score of 49.

However, as he made his way back to the dressing room, a segment of the crowd started chanting 'Jai Shri Ram.'

This incident, captured on video, has gained widespread attention on social media platforms.
