Indian opener Shubman Gill made a strong impression in the first ODI against New Zealand by scoring his maiden double-century.
The 23-year-old, in just his 19th ODI, Gill scored 208 off 149 balls, hitting 19 fours and nine massive sixes.

He became the eighth cricketer to score a double century in the ODI format and the fourth Indian to achieve this feat, joining Rohit Sharma, Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, and Ishan Kishan.
Pakistan's Fakhar Zaman, West Indies' Chris Gayle, and New Zealand's Martin Guptil have also scored a double century each.
His double century helped India post 349-8 in 50 overs, with Suryakumar Yadav contributing 31 and Hardik Pandya 28.
